What vehicle do you have?
We have one Volkswagen Multivan which can seat up to 6 passengers plus the driver.
Do you have a baby seat / booster seat?
Yes, we have a baby seat (0-4 years) and a booster seat (4-7 years) that can be used if you have small children.
Please advise upon booking or requesting a quote if you require these items.
What if I have a lot of luggage?
That’s not a problem.
We have an enclosed luggage trailer that will travel with the van at no additional cost.
The Trailer is more than sufficient for luggage for up to 6 passengers.
What locations will TP Vehicle Charter Service cover?
We operate around the Perth CBD and Perth Northern Suburbs, but can provide a quote for outside of these areas. Look at the pricing page for suburbs we already service. Please email us to discuss any other requirements.
Can you provide a discount for regular bookings?
Yes, for ongoing regular bookings, a discount will be offered.

Can I change my booking once it has been confirmed?
Yes, a booking can be changed up to 4 days before the service date, dependent on availability. Please call or email.
Delays, Travel Conditions and Safety
The safety of our passengers is crucial and all passengers will be required:
To wear the seat belts fitted within the vehicles at all times.
The consumption of alcohol is not allowed due to state liquor laws.
Passengers are not permitted to stand in the vehicle whilst it is moving.
TP Vehicle Charter Service does not accept liability of any damage, injury or loss of any kind, caused by, or resulting from, any act or omission by employees, agents or contractors.
TP Vehicle Charter Service does not take responsibility for the provision of other Tour Operator Services or any incident or injury as a result of a service provided by another agent.
TP Vehicle Charter Service strongly encourages passengers to ensure they have taken out travel insurance covering personal liability, tour cancellation, missed connections, loss of luggage and personal effects as TP Vehicle Charter Service will not accept any liability for the above stated.
I left an item in your van
If an item is left on the van and it is found by a TP Vehicle Charter Service Employee, it will be held in our lost property storage for collection once a description/evidence is provided to confirm ownership.
TP Vehicle Charter Service is not responsible for property. Please ensure that all passengers understand that they are responsible for their own items. It is recommended when travelling in a group, that you nominate one passenger to conduct a final check of the van for property.
TP Vehicle Charter Service does not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings or baggage.
I need to cancel my Airport Transfer last minute or on the spot?
There are no refunds for last minute cancellations. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before travel.
